  • wash and dry affected area on the toe or finger
  • place product between two tows or fingers so that the gel is in direct contact with the affected area. The concave middle section is to be placed in the center or the two digits.
  • Pull hosiery carefully over product. Reposition product if necessary.
  • Remove product at least 3 to 3 hours daily to allow skin to breathe
