April 25th, 2007 at 4:02 pmI saw Afni (podiatrist) last week. Not only was an infection found but Afni improved the state and health of my feet tremendously. This was all done in a very comfortable and pain free manner. I didn't realise the importance of a regular visit to a Podiatrist before, both for health purposes, and general appearance. Being quite a sports enthusiast, its important to take care of the long term health of the feet. I'll definitely not take this lightly anymore. A visit to Tiptoe Podiatry will be a regular input in my diary.

July 3rd, 2007 at 5:12 pmI see Afni every 3 months to get my hard skin treated. Not only does she get rid of it but she does it very carefuly and with out hurting me. Being a dancer Afni had made me realise how important it is to care for my feet and has given me very good advise to keep them healthy during day to day life and when dancing. I therefore recommend her to anyone who wants to get rid of any foot problems or just make their feet look nice!

July 3rd, 2007 at 10:44 pmI started to see Afni about march time with a very sore toe it was diagnosed that i had an ingrowing toe nail - I went in for the left foot and was told I had it in the right one too. Being a complete chicken when it comes to injections I was really reassured by her manner when the'big day' arrived to have them sorted out - although I still screamed like a big girls blouse, that and cutting off the blood supply to my girlfriends hand as I was holding it so tight. I'm still making regular visits while the 'heeling' process is continuing and treat my toes to a short back and sides so I don't develop the condition again. I would thoroughly recommend Tiptoe podiatry.

October 29th, 2007 at 9:32 pmAfni really helped me overy the past year. I am a cancer patient and suffered side effects from the treatments I had been receiving, especially my feet. I had really bad ingrowing toenails. Due to Afni's care, dedication and patience, she has seen me through the pain and solutions. I have now been able to have surgery which she carried out meticulously and with great care. She even let me choose the music and video to see me through the treatment! We think we have now solved the issue, and guess what - I can now wear my favourite boots which I have been unable to wear over the past 18 months! Thanks Afni.

November 2nd, 2007 at 2:33 pmAfni has been really supportive and good for my feet in the last few months. The effects of a chemotherapy drug led to ulcers on my feet, which she treated with sensitivity and knowledge. Not many people understand the effects of chemo on feet, and Afni knew her stuff and was gentle and sympathetic in treating my feet, suggesting dressings, comfy socks, various creams etc. I did not realise the importance of podiatry until I went to see Afni- my feet are better because of her interventions. She is great and I thoroughly recommend her!

I have referred quite a few of them to Afni and they have nothing but praise and admiration for her care and professionalism. I would fully recommend her for any patients needing podiatry or chiropody treatments.

February 19th, 2008 at 10:36 pmI have just returned from my first visit to Tiptoe to meet Afni and to have an ingrowing toenail treated. Although it is quite late in the evening, Afni was very bright and cheerful, putting me at ease immediately. She was very conscientious and careful in her treatment as well as being sensitive to my nervousness at having the nail treated. Despite my trepidation, the treatment was practically pain free and my feet felt great by the time I left. I can highly recommend Afni as being one of the best chiropodists I have seen.

November 5th, 2008 at 1:24 pmAfni has seen my daughter for 5 months now for a serious attack of verrucas on both feet. Afni said it would take at least 6 months to sort and after 4 months we are left with one tiny verruca and a wart. Sometimes the treatment was quite difficult for my daughter, but throughout Afni tried to put her at ease and was friendly and supportive. She gave us some very useful advice in between treatments and we have a laugh at each session. I would highly recommend Afni to anyone as she has been so good and helpful with my daughter.
